I had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful cottages with my group of friends, and I must say, our expectations were completely exceeded. the cottages were not only lovely and comfortable, but they were also extremely well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. From the comfy beds to the washer/dryer and dishwasher, every detail was taken care of. the separate games room was a fantastic addition, providing us with entertainment and a cozy space to relax in the evenings without disturbing anyone. One aspect that stood out to me was the soundproofing of the rooms. Despite having a large group, we were amazed at how no sound traveled between the cottages, allowing everyone to have a peaceful night's sleep. the location was perfect, situated in a quiet country lane with stunning views outside the bedroom windows. the nearby Punchbowl pub served delicious food, and Lake Windermere was just a short drive away for some scenic exploration. Overall, I cannot recommend this property enough. the hosts' flexibility with check-in times was extremely helpful, and the attention to detail in providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay was truly remarkable. From the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy sitting areas and open fires, every aspect of our experience was exceptional. I look forward to returning next year and creating more wonderful memories at this fantastic location.
